Abigail Hayo
President, Social Media Maven, General Whip CrackerAbigail makes sure the annual medical and educational mission, social media presence, fundraising activities, and school art projects are organized, effective, and impactful. She brings to One Global Village experience coordinating international medical missions over the past two decades. Abigail is known as Siraba in Mali – Sira "mother of all women" and "Ba "a big presence." If you've ever heard her speak, yell, laugh, or whistle you know she is well named.

Tammy Neblock-Beirne, MD
Vice President, Medical DirectorDr. Neblock-Beirne is a general surgeon specializing in breast disease with a second specialty in head and neck endocrine disorders. Dr, Tammy directs all One Global Village medical activities and has served as Medical Director for surgical and clinical missions worldwide over the past 17 years. Tammy and Abigail are Boi's "co-moms" when he's in the US.

Sophie O'Neal
Operations, the wordy oneSophie is the US connection point for the Mali team, "translating" between US and Malian vernacular to keep our communication flowing across WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and the web. Sophie leads One Global Village operations, marketing, and communications efforts. When in Mali she usually tries (badly) to speak in French, mostly to make Dr. Oumar laugh and Hawa scold her.

Mme. Korotimi Haidara
Mali DirectorKoro lives in Bamako, is a teacher, wife, and mother of four. Koro is the line of communication between our Mali team, local officials, school Director and teachers, students, village committees, and our team in the USA. A member and recent President of Rotary Bamako Ouest, her drive and connections have helped expand our programs for women and youth. Koro was recently awarded a UNESCO fellowship in S. Korea focused on global capacity building in girls education.

Mme. Hawa Chérif Haidara
Manager, Health EducationHawa created and leads the Health and Healthy Behaviors program in Mali, bringing health education to students in several schools and to women in Dagabo. She is a graduate of ISPRIC University in Bamako with a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, and wrote her thesis on communicating in families about adolescent sexuality.

Tieblecoro Samaké
Siraba School CoordinatorTieblecoro works with the teachers and students at Siraba School, and keeps an eye on all the graduates who have continued to middle school, high school, and trade schools. Tieblecoro is also co-founder and Director of The Wash Project, our partner organization who run community and health programs in Ouéléssébougou.
The programs run by One Global Village in Uganda, India, and Mali would not be possible without the dedication and passion of incredible volunteers plus loyal friends and colleagues who help augment our teams in the field.
